Agatewood worked with the developer from the outset of this project through completion.  A large project with a variety of different organizations involved, the West Edge building proved to be a challenging building to have LEED certified for a number of reasons.  The combination of retail spaces, residences and amenities meant that many different aspects had to be included in calculations.  The various window combinations meant different day light configurations were found throughout the building.

The atrium features a maple tree which greets all who enter the building.  A unique rooftop deck and fitness area makes for one of the best socializing and work out views in all of Seattle.
